This gorgeous gown was handmade by a local seamstress in Portland, Oregon in the 1960s. This dress features a ivory color, yellowed with age, floral appliqués on neckline, sleeves, and skirt. It features scoop neckline with mesh sleeves. Fabric is VERY delicate, and sleeves have a few small tears at armpits. It has a full ball gown skirt with small train. With original hat.
