This is a beautiful preserved 1968 Pricilla of Boston Wedding gown from famed Claire Dratch boutique in Bethesda, MD complete with original wedding gown box and a copy of the newspaper announcement with picture of original bride in gown.
The dress is an off white/cream candlelight silk organza and Chantilly lace gown fashioned in an empire A-line silhouette. It features a bateau neckline, long lace sleeves with buttons, a sweep train attached to the dress and a detachable chapel train. The bodice has an illusion top and we re-embroidered with lace which cascades half way down the front of the skirt and scattered onto the train. Also included is a matching chapel mantilla.
The dress does button fully but didn’t fit around the mannequin completely buttoned up.
There are unfortunately some stains, spots and age browning. Most notably the browning occurs around the armpits. There are spots on the train as well as the gown. Included is a dry cleaning sheet which states these spots wer
