The two (2) original, vintage film lobby cards (11”x14”) both feature roles by the iconic Grace Kelly with co-stars Bing Crosby & Frank Sinatra in 1954 film “The Country Girl” & 1956 film “High Society” are both in very fine condition. “The Country Girl” is really in very fine to near mint condition with very minor wear & tear. “High Society” also has minor wear & tear with a few small pieces of brown paper tape on back of lobby card along top border. However, the tape was not placed on back for any restoration purposes. Overall, the richly designed images on the lobby cards are in really nice condition & display beautifully.
“High Society” is a musical romantic comedy starring Grace Kelly, Frank Sinatra & Bing Crosby with music and lyrics by Cole Porter. It is a musical remake of the the 1940 classic “The Philadelphia Story”. The film which was a huge box office hit was Kelly's last professional appearance before she married Prince Rainier, became a princess & retired from acting.
