A tin toy of Batman, the American hero with fans all over the world. Batman first appeared in the comic "Detective Comics " in 1939, and has appeared in various hit movies from 1943 to the present.
This item is a masterpiece made in the 1950s, the golden age of tin toys. When you insert the spring key and wind it up, it makes a whirring sound and slowly shuffles forward, sliding the walking rollers attached to the soles of its feet. The back has the logo of Billiken Shokai and the letters "JAPAN" indicating that it was made in Japan. It also comes with an outer box featuring illustrations of Batman from the American comic book, with a good old-fashioned atmosphere.
