Buckle reads: Manager's Meeting -2016- Rimowa Growth Champions. This buckle is used but in nice condition. The Texas emblem, lettering, and floral tooling are in gold. The large beaded edging and tooled background are in silver. The 2 flowers are in copper. The stones are blue sapphire like in the flowers. The brand Rimowa, is a high end luxury travel bag company. They're known for quality craftsmanship.
