Not to be confused with the crash test dummy mask, this is a replica of a converted slam dummy that Corey only wore for one show, the sonisphere. Although this is mask is differs from an actual slam dummy, it bears the same resemblance. When I got this it was originally just a halloween mask that was painted and cut so I added all the weathering, stitching, leather straps, and did all the dreads myself. Which have latex plugs attached that I also made so the dreads dont touch the wearer's head. I do not know what mask this was before it was converted. This is a thick size mask, much like a real one and is big head friendly but also has an adjustable strap for smaller fits. This comes from a smoke free home and shipped with care
