Stanchions are brand new. Boxes were open to check quality. I had received two one was missing a pole and base. What I have done is combined the two into one order and made it a double barrier. So you will receive three poles and 25 ft velvet ropes to make a double barrier. For a total of three poles with concrete base and two 5-ft velvet poles to make a connecting double barrier. Please note the Styrofoam in the Box has been broken into pieces but it was left in the Box for protection of the product. I do recycle packaging so it is not pretty but it is effective and it keeps me able to offer my low prices
