New,Never displayed Dept 56 Halloween...styrafoam still under car wheels...Car Headlights and inside of House lights both show up as orange. Car spins at the top.We have never displayed this piece as the first time taken out of the box just for pictures and to test it. All works.We noticed a couple perfectly round little tiny whitish dots in the green painted base.Not chips....the way it way made direct from factory.. The outside sleeve is not perfect due to age and storing.Please zoom in on the pics to see what we are describing.I am listing this a new without tags as the piece itself is in new condition the way the factory sent it, but the box is not perfect.
