I initially received this pump and used it for about a month. I was eligible for more parts so I received another set. One of the cups was defective, which is why there is an uneven number, and then I was sent everything in the boxes as a replacement.
I ended up receiving a different pump and it has been milder suction, which was better for me.
Everything in boxes has not been used.
