This is a GUCCI 1953 Re-edition Horsebit Loafer.
The suede has the characteristic sheen, nap, and color unevenness.
There are also minor scratches, wrinkles, scuffs, and some loss of shape.
It is not in pristine condition.
However, the half rubber soles are new, and the heels (top lifts) show little wear, so I believe they can still be worn for a long time.
