Arm sleeves with light up panels and battery packs (batteries not included, attached with Velcro) extra panel and velcro included. Has a mode that lights up on a pattern, and a mode where it just stays lit.

Size is an Asian XL, fits more like a US M.

Love this cosplay and it genuinely looks wonderful. Getting a different base default so I’m letting her go. Spent $100 on the base cosplay alone, then another $100 on the panels. Even more for the headphones.
