This is a Hysteric Glamour velour jacket.
It's one of the items in my collection, as I love the Hysteric Glamour brand.
I purchased this item a few years ago, wore it a few times, and immediately had it dry cleaned and stored in a garment bag.
I've kept it for display, so I've only tried it on and have never worn it outside.
You occasionally see Free size or S size items for sale, but L size is rare, so I think this is valuable.
I'm not in a hurry to sell it, so I may remove the listing if a certain amount of time passes.
