This is a British Royal Memorabilia souvenir cup and saucer made in England in 1939 to commemorate the visit to Canada of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth of England who were the parents of Queen Elizabeth II.
The bone china demitasse, demi or espresso cup measures 2.5 inches high and has sepia portraits with color surrounding design, dedication on the back and blue trim and does the saucer which measures 4.75 in diameter.
