This set was assembled once. Parts have been sorted into original bag numbers. This set was really hard to sort due to some pictures in the booklet being very dark. There is a bag marked extra for the parts that were missed in sorting. I am going to say that this set is 90% complete in case of any parts that were missed. Clean set smoke free home. Includes box and booklet. The book does have a small rip that is shown in the pictures. The shipping cost is so high in this product due to being in original box which is very large and heavy. It requires oversized box to ship in. I have priced the item low to help cover shipping cost for buyer.
