This is an authentic Louis Vuitton monogram ellipse.
I purchased this over 20 years ago from a private seller. This is a well loved bag and what they would say is B grade. There was a stain inside when I purchased it. I never tried to remove it. The piping is very dark and the handles are very dark.
This is a tote that is crafted of traditional Louis Vuitton monogram, dark brown toile coated canvas. The bag features, bruschetta, cowhide, leather piping and rolled top handles with brass hardware. The wraparound zippers open the bag to an interior of cocoa brown fabric with a slip pocket.
No box and no strap. Lock on bag and may or may not locate key.
