Chloe has been rooted in two blonde shades of extra long saran. The saran has been straw curled to make them long and bouncy. Her face looks good i dont see any paint chipping.
Keep in mind that all the dolls I use are purchased second-hand and have been played with. I clean thoroughly and repair if need be.
