I honestly think one of the off-shoots have variegation (shown in 2nd photo, with new growth showing var.) but will be selling as reverting plant as variegation isn’t guaranteed in the future.
There are multiple off-shoots on this that can be separated later on as new baby plantlets. Well rooted and actively growing in sphagnum perlite mix.
