This is a nice size throw to keep you warm on those chilly evenings.
The background color of the front is black with flowers in shades of blue and lavender (light and dark shades) also the petals of each flower are outlined in gold, and dots of gold throughout. There are five birds (using the fabric from the back) in various places sitting amongst the flowers. Check out the fabric on the back, birds, and more little flowers. Quilt is made of three layers of cotton and the middle layer flannel. The edges are finished front and back.
RAGGING PROCESS and CARE:
I only use 100% cotton fabric. To reduce shrinkage, all my fabric has been washed.
Edges are double stitched for added durability.
All my rag quilts are washed 2 times to begin the ragging process. Rag quilts are easy to care for, simply wash throw in cold water and tumble dry with low heat. They tend to shed lint with the first few washes so don’t forget to empty your dryer’s lint trap often.
