Antique Chamberstick. These portable candle holders were designed to be carried from room to room, particularly to the bedroom. They typically feature a wide base, a short stem, a handle for easy carrying, and a pan to catch the dripping wax.
The one I am selling is made of brass with a clear glass hurricane shade.
Im going to drop some history on you right now :) Chamber candlesticks were traditionally used for carrying light from room to room. They have a broad base to prevent tipping and a handle for easy carrying. The glass chimney protects the flame from drafts.
