Three of the gold clasps are missing, seen in photos, but they are just there for decoration and do not actually clasp the corset closed, so it still covers you. The bottom left chain details have broken off from one another, but can be fixed with some glue, hand sewing, or a clasp.
I can’t find a brand or even a photo with reverse image search. No tag, could fit a small or a medium
