Vintage size 12 typically fits a modern US 6/8 but please base sizing off of measurements. Chest is approximately 35 inches (17.5 inches pit to pit). Waist is approximately 31 inches (15.5 inches across lying flat). Hips are approximately 36 inches (18 inches across lying flat). Length from shoulder to hem is approximately 42 inches.
