Rare piece by McClellandBarclay. Large gold tone leaf brooch, with pave stones. The stones are not in great condition, have yellowed or darkened, but these pieces are rare. It’s about 2.75”x3”Definitely a collector item. The man was very interesting he was an artist and a was a naval officer in World War II doing art aboard a ship that was torpedoed in the Pacific in July of 1943 when he died. His jewelry was only made for a short period of time between 1938 and 1943. This piece is signed on the back. See pics.
