vintage red wool skirt suit

From the 1960's. No makers label. The only label is the 100% pure wool, made in England. The fabric looks and feels like a knit and it stretches like a knit. The size tag says 12 todays size 4/6. The 3/4 sleeve open jacket has cream edging. The skirt is lined, the jacket is not. The skirt has a side zip with a hook and snap. The skirt measures 25" long. Laying flat seam to seam it's 13" across at the waist, 18" at the hips. The jacket is 20" long and 19" across under the arms. Overall in very good condition. There are a few, what I consider, minor condition issues. The skirt has been shortened, It has a crease on the underside with a 3" hem. There are a couple spots where the hem is loose. It must have been stored with moth balls as there is a moth ball odor. I didn't notice it until I started steaming some wrinkles out. I am airing it out and it will eventually go away. There is also a tiny spot on the skirt near the hem. The fabric is in excellent conditition no damage or wear.
