this set is in amazing, beautiful condition!! the elastic on the fitted sheet is still good and stretchy.. 2 pillowcases and a fabulous top sheet!! Percale too so you will have that cool feeling as soon as u lay down!! i found no rips, flaws or fading .. this set is beautiful!! I did wash these and they have a very light scent from my detergent and dryer sheet softener but definitely not overpowering.. and of course a rewash will take that out too :)
