Vintage hand cut lead crystal round serving bowl in the Pompeii pattern by Waterford. Made in Ireland, this piece is formed from hand blown 24% lead crystal and then expertly hand cut into the beautiful Pompeii pattern. The generous 9" diameter at the rim that flares out to 10" allows for service of a salad or other large side dish. It would also make a lovely fruit bowl or elegant centerpiece. No matter how you choose to use it, this bowl will showcase its contents in style!
The bowl is in good vintage condition with no large chips or cracks. There is one very small "flea bite" chip and an area of scuffing on the rim which is shown in the photographs. There are also some surface scratches to the finish on the bottom from normal usage. It is still a gorgeous bowl and is priced to include these very slight imperfections.
It measures approximately 10"W x 5.5"H and is quite heavy.
